The Ranger B150 piston swing gate operator is compatible with all swing gates made of iron, aluminium, PVC, wood. You can motorise your gate up to 150kg per wing and 2.00M length per wing.
The motorisation includes :
- 2 motors with an electrical voltage of 24V / 40W - A control box - A central gate stop. This stop is to be used if you have an automatic mechanical stop. Indeed, when you motorise your swing gate you must ensure that the central stop does not hold your gate. It is your swing gate operator that will secure your entrance. - 2 fixing brackets for pillars allowing several opening angle configurations. - 2 fixing brackets to fix your operator to your swing gate. - 2 4-button remote controls with batteries included and protective flap. - A set of screws to fix your motorisation to your posts, the control box and the shoe.
Accessories not included with the B150 motorisation:
- The flashing light - The photocells - Screws for fixing the operator to the gate. These screws must be adapted to each type of gate and depend on the thickness of your gate. For Casanoov swing gates, we advise you to fix your motorisation arms with Rivkle type blind rivets between 8 and 12mm long. The fixing bracket should be positioned on the reinforced blades provided for this purpose on all our swing gates and wicket gates.

(You will find all the installation instructions in the free downloadable manual on the product page). - Manual disengagement of the motorisation in the event of a power cut. - Length of the retracted product 80cm. - Length of open product 106cm. - The working length of the arm is 300mm. - Opening speed of the arm up to 1.6cm / second, i.e. about 22 seconds. - The internal rotation speed is 200 revolutions per minute. - The opening performance can be varied by using the soft open and soft close mode. - The opening and closing speed as well as the drive power can be adjusted to 20 different positions. - After opening, the gate can close automatically according to your selected time interval between 0 and 99 seconds. - You can choose to open every other gate leaf = pedestrian mode. - Rain protection class IP 55 - The weight of both engines is about 13kg. - Operating temperature : -45° à +50° - Thrust force 2090N and maximum force 2190N - Electrical connection power between your house and the motor: 20VAC±10%/110VAC±10%. - Auto stop function: when your gate encounters an obstacle the opening or closing of the gate is automatically interrupted.
You can combine external accessories with an operating power of 24V such as: Photocell, flash lamp, emergency battery, magnetic or electric lock, push button.
The TOUCH digital code reader can be installed on any sliding or swing gate operator. The backlit touch screen offers a contemporary design. Installation and programming is simple to set up (see instructions).

The FLASH traffic light connects to your swing or sliding gate operator to indicate the opening and closing of your automatic gate.

The remote control is compatible for all swing gate and sliding gate operators. Resists interference. Frequency 433.92 MHz. The black cover can be slid out. It makes it possible to hide the remote control buttons and prevent them from being pressed inadvertently. Waterproof case. 12 V battery. Operating temperature : -20° - +60°. The XXL infrared lens and its electronic card can be adjusted from 0 to 90°. The fit gives you more flexibility in your setup. However, please respect a perfect horizontal alignment so that the powerful infrared can be emitted and received between the two photocells.
